We are a locally owned & Family Operated Company. Burt Holmes & Steve Spear Founded Environmental Pest Control Inc. in 1989. In 2009 the business expanded to include full insulation service. In 2011 Steve Spear decided it was time to retire at that time Jeff & Rod Holmes had the opportunity to become co-owners with their father, Burt Holmes. The three Holmes men ran the business together until Burt decided it was his turn to retire in December 2017. Burts Oldest son Jeff & his wife Leanne bought Environmental Pest Control Inc. And his youngest son Rod & wife Stacy have bought Environmental Insulation & Contracting. Jeff & Leanne’s oldest daughter Katelyn is the office manager for Pest Control & Rod & Stacy’s son Devyn works as an estimator for his dad in the Insulation company.
