"When we discovered a huge hornet's nest hanging outside our Master bedroom window on the third floor of our home, we were needing some help fast. Found a nice sized hornet's nest at 12:00pm, called Environmental Pest Control at 12:30, Steven arrived at 2:15, nest was gone by 2:30.  Prompt, professional, friendly service if I've ever seen it.
